Member of Parliament Harka Sampang has announced that he will boycott the all-party meeting called by Rabi Lamichhane. Sampang said his party would not participate in the meeting, arguing that the gathering lacked a clear agenda and questioning its purpose. He also stressed that political discussions should focus on public issues and national interests rather than party-centered concerns.
The boycott highlights growing differences among Nepal’s emerging political forces, despite previous cooperation on some issues.
