Two persons were killed when a Bolero jeep met with an accident on the Narayangad-Muglin road in Chitwan. Eleven people have been injured in the accident.
According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, two persons died on the spot when a jeep (Na 4 Cha 5050) met with an accident on Jalbire-Chandibhanjyang Rural Road near Ichchakamana Village Municipality-6.
The identity of the deceased has not been disclosed. The injured are being brought to Bharatpur for treatment. According to police, Bolero crashed into an electric pole on the side of the road. Then the current was shorted. Bolero was at the scene but the road was not blocked, police said.
