Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai has said that Gautam Buddha International Airport will be the first of the 22 projects of national pride in the country.
According to the airport project, 93 percent of the construction work has been completed so far. Now only five percent of equipment connection and two percent of light finishing work is left.
According to the chief entry officer of the airport project, 35 Chinese and 30 Thai technicians were affected due to the inability to come due to Covid-19.
Only 25 days left until the deadline for the construction of the airport, Minister Bhattarai instructed the project officials to make full use of those days.
