Sixteen new infected people of Corona have been added in Birgunj on Saturday evening.
A spokesperson of Narayani Hospital Atulesh Kumar Chaurasia said that out of 96 people collected from different places in Bara and Parsa, swab tests were done and 16 of them were confirmed to have corona infection.
On Saturday, swab tests were conducted on 75 people from Parsa and 21 people from Bara. .
Corona confirmed in two persons from Ward No. 5, two persons from Ward No. 3, one person from Ward No. 19, one person from Ward No. 15, one person from Ward No. 21 and one person from Birgunj Metropolitan City of Parsa.
Similarly, a person from Ward No. 2 of Thori and a person from Ward No. 2 of Kalikamai have also been infected. Chaurasia informed.
Chaurasia said that a person whose address was yet to be opened in Parsa was also infected. The added infected people are in the age group of 10 to 64 years and their city value is 21 to 33.
